Dokumentaalfilmide tõlkimine on üldjuhul väga mahukas projekt. Enamasti juhtub nii, et algul hakatakse suure õhinaga tõlkima ja poole filmi pealt kaob huvi. Nii see aeg raisku lähebki.

Üks võimalus on - ise olen seda kasutanud -, et lõigata olulisemad kohad filmist välja ja need ära tõlkida, st. teha ise video. Muidu sellistes filmides ongi tavaliselt, et pool juttu pidevalt kordub.

Ing.keelne subtiitrite fail peaks ka olema, sest muidu on tõlkimine ikka päris raske ning hiljem peab ise teksti lõikama ning filmiga sobitama, mis võtab ropult aega.
