Hello Mart,

Thoh is sung or chanted just like chanting Throw but without the r in it. Do not worry about middle c note. Just sing or chant Thoh in your normal voice.
When you are ready just move onto the May chant. This is the most important chant. The Thoh chant can be forgotten once you start working with the May chant. Do not be overly concerned about the Thoh chant.
