I was born in the same town as Gregory Klimov, my father was his school mate in the same class of high school, and my grandfather and Gregory's father were the medical doctors in the same hospital and were arrested in the same year - 1938 during Stalin's repressions.
I never saw my grandfather. He was murdered as well as all my extended family, together with 145 millions innocent victims of communist's massacre- Russian Holocaust, which is left without any attention of the world. We should not forget lesson of degeneracy in Soviet Union and other socialistic countries.
I was the one of the last people who talked with Gregory on the telehone. I called him before Christmas 2007. I was under impression
of his discovery of structure of brutal regimes and by directions of our civilization is going. I told Gregory that I am thinking all the time about it. Gregory said: "I stopped thinking, because we can not change anything!"
I asked what we should do to stop killing of normal people by disgusting degenerates?
Gregory said: "There is nothing we can do. They will murder us. It is their nature - to kill normal people".
Next time I called - the telephone did not answer.
I called police. I was told that Gregory died NOT from natural causes...
While Gregory considered the main cause of degeneracy - as result of intramarriages of the same clan, Dr. Amen and Oxford University research group found out that degeneracy, or criminal mind, is result
of any kind of damages to frontal lobes - big part of brain, located behind the forehead - drugs, alcohol, car accidents, toxins, psychiatric diseases, etc, etc.,

It seems to me that we need to check brain not only candidates, but every public official who is holding lives of other people in their hands, due to Frontal lobes damage is absolutely not noticeable during
superficial physical examination, but the main clinical sign is shameless behavior, leading to distruction of civilization ( trust, moral, Laws, constitution, God's commendments etc.)
While Klimov believed we can do nothing to stop degenerates, Dr. Amen proposed realistic scientific approach: people should vote only for candidates with healthy functional brains, proving that their brains are healthy by PET scan before elections and mandatory annually after,
during all period of presiding in position.
It is pity, that Gregory perished before he knew about Dr. Amen's discovery, he would not be so much desperate about destiny of normal people in our society (positive genofund of nations).
